Hi everybody, I was searching online for advice on restoring photographs and stumbled across your forum. From reading posts by others, you have made some incredible restorations of other people's photos so I thought it was worth a try.
We have recently moved house (to the Old Post Office, Colwell, Hexham) and we're really interested in the history of the house. Our neighbour found this photo of the house and it would be amazing if someone could restore it a bit. We believe that the photo is the owner of the post office at the time (presumably the Hutchinson family) but have no idea how old the picture is, although it is presumably at least 100 years old. Our neighbour took a photo of the original print so the jpeg quality is pretty poor but any improvement would be great.
Thank you so much for your help.

Wow, thank you all so much!! What an amazing message board!
Does anyone have any thoughts on the age of the photo, based on what the people are wearing?
Thanks again :)
