Hello :)
does anyone know if there is somewhere online where i can view either burial records for cemeteries in Siston?
I'm looking to find a Brice and Sarah Caines / Kaines.. i think it's possible they could be buried at St Anne's Church? I've tried findagrave, familysearch.org and gravestonesphotographs.com
Or does anyone live near by?
Thanks :)

You don't indicate what years you are interested in.
There is one burial for Sarah Cains at St. Annes, Siston on 11 November 1824 born 1807
Two for Brice - Cains buried on 20 December 1799 Siston and Kains buried on 12 September 1792 Siston - church not stated.

Hi Girl Guide,
to be honest i dont know exact dates? I was trying to see if there was a headstone for the couple so that would then give me the dates. The only info i do have is Brice Cains / Kains married a Sarah Stone on the 8th of September 1753 in Siston.
The Brice you've listed as being buried in 1799 is his son so perhaps 1792 one is his?

I am now also looking for a Hester Cains / Kains burial... i cant find anything on her apart from a marriage cert in 1793 ???

You might like to contact the Gloucestershire Family History Society to see if they can help you at all.

Above is a link to their contact page.
I couldn't see anything for Hester.

? There is a thread on Rootschat Wiltshire i.e. CAINS of Laycock (March 2007)
George CAINS b 1781 married Esther (or Hester 1794) had George 1819 and William 1824 and later moved to Yorkshire
lists the children's baptism at Laycock and the 1841 census Sowerby, Halifax

Hi littlefacey
You may want to check if anyone has access to 'Ralph Bigland's' document listing ancient MI's of Gloucestershire?! I obtained the some info on the Stone's at Cold Ashton from someone with access which helped a lot. I checked my lot and cant find your Sarah Stone in my Stone family, but you never know?!
