This is a photo of Joseph Dinsdale (1872 - 1944) i believe he served in the British Forces from approx 1889 - 1918
Does anyone recognise this uniform & any other details that may help to date the photo.
Thanks in advance, Sharren

Did he die in Ripon in December 1944? If so FindMyPast has his army papers - served briefly with 5th Dragoon Guards in 1889, discharged by purchase, then joined the Grenadier Guards; WW1 service with West Yorks.
