I am looking for information on Herbert Mather - particularly when he died. He married Amelia Whitlock of Barnoldwick in 1899 at Gill Church, Barnoldswick. They had three children - Clara b 1899, Albert b 1907 and William b 1908 all births registered in Skipton. By the 1911 Census the family, without Herbert, were living with Amelia's father Frederick William Adams in Barnoldswick where she is noted as a widow.

Hi there
He is in the Skipton Electoral rolls in 1910 so he must have died between 1910 and 1911. In the Electoral rolls he is living at Westgate, Barnoldswick, Highbank, Earsby. They are in a Dwelling house. Will see if I can see a death for him

Thanks for your help with those two replies. Now that I have a clearer date I will see if I can obtain a death certificate for him.
Thanks again
