Think they may be in Rushden, not Grendon. Indexed as "Sumerfield".

Your welcome Steve.
It seems what I posted is your Jane. As her Father died when she was under 5 that may be why he is not named on her M/C.

To follow Charles line back you would need the 1840 M /C.

1841 Census Charles is born out of County so he may a little hard to track.

I looked to see if any other Robinsons were in Grendon 1851 Census.
(to establish if ant were born out of County and which one)

Up popped a couple in Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire;
John ROBINSON born c 1791 Turvey, Bedfordshire, and his Wife Mary born c 1796 Grendon, Northamptonshire**

A John Robinson married a Mary TAYLOR, 19 January 1815, Grendon, Northamptonshire
(Familysearch.Org)

And guess what :D a very close call!

Christening;
CHARLES Robinson, 23 July 1815, Turvey, Bedfordshire
Parents JOHN/MARY
(F/S.Org)

I can find only 1 other Child to them Christened Sharnbrook;
JOSEPH Robinson 11 July 1824
(others may be Christened elsewhere)

This leads to;

1841 Census
Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire
HO107/8/14/Sharbrook
John ROHMAN, 45, Ag Lab
Mary Robinson, 40
JOSEPH Robinson, 15
Only Joseph is down as born in County

Worth considering.
