It would help if you could tell us a little more, like when they married and what information you are looking for.  Census, birth/death records, parents, siblings?

Bernard Ryan/Ruane married Hanoria Cunningham on the 14 March 1872 in Ballinameen Roscommon. They went to England to work and prob went over and back as two of the four children were born in Ireland and two in England Patrick in 1874 and Bernard in 1877 and Anne and Maria in Ireland I have the Irish marriage cert and the two birth certs for Anne and Maria. But I would want exact dates for applying to England for birth certs for Patrick and Bernard. Thank you.

I've found the family in the 1881 census.  Both the boys were born in Wigan.

This looks like Patrick's birth record

Births Jun 1874
Ryan    Patrick        Wigan    8c   157

And this is Bernard

Births Mar 1877
Ryan    Bernard        Wigan    8c   140

These were the only births that showed up for the relevant years.  If you wish to have the full details you would need to buy the certs.  Alternatively you could try and find baptisms for the boys and see if they give their dates of birth on there.

That's the correct birth for Bernard but I'm not certain about Patrick.

Looking at :
http://www.lancashirebmd.org.uk/births.php
the mmn for Patrick isn't CUNNINGHAM.

You could always apply on the GRO site without the index details (Is the GRO Index Reference Number known? - click No and enter a year below) enter an approximate year they will search that year and the one before and after it. You can enter the parents names to ensure you don't get sent a wrong certificate. Process takes longer but saves money. Have a look:-
