From Cheshire Diocese of Chester parish burials 1538-1911, Great Budworth, 1619

Burial 4 May 1619 "Wydow Stonyer " then I'm lost.

"the same daye" - not terribly informative if the date is already given!

Possibly died and buried the same day?

'the same day' usually just means that the person was buried the same day as the previous entry not that they both died and were buried on the same day.
