Title: Margery Pett or Pitt St Germans or Liskeard??
Post by: trafalgar05 on Monday 01 August 16 10:53 BST (UK)
Hello all

I have my 8th Great Grandmother marrying Digory Swigg 20/1/1662 in Menheniot but who is she?? The marriage record calls her Margery Pett. I have unearthed a Margery Pitt baptised 14 March 1641 in St Germans whoever there is also a possibility of a Margery Pett being baptise in Liskeard around September 1633 but I cannot find any record of this online.

If anyone is going into the Cornwall Records Office I wonder if they could kindly see if there is a record in or around Liskeard of this Baptism.

Thanks

Hi.

Thanks. These are the records I have. I am trying to find validity for the birth of a Margery Pett in 1633 in Liskeard if anyone can help on this. The one in 1702 is too late.

Cheers
