Hiya,
I'm looking for the family of Cyril Bird b. 1910 in Chipping Sodbury area, I believe that his father was a footman for the Earl of Beaufort and I think they lived in Little Badminton.
I've been finding it really difficult to find any records in this area and wondered if anyone could help?

I have had a look at the Duke of Beaufort's household in 1891/1901. He has a huge staff but unfortunately none named Bird.

Cyril was born too late for the census but if you know the first name of his father we should be able to find him.
