Title: Restoration , repair and colour of Elaine's wedding photo would be appreciated.

Would it be possible to repair and add colour to this picture of my niece and her late parents? The bride's bouquet was pink roses and the mother of the bride's dress was beige with pale pink accessories (eg; purse and flowers on hat and corsage.)   Forever grateful for your help..Sylvia
