Hello there was a fire in a house in cuper crescent No 6 i think in 1965/6 anyone remember this.thanks.

I live about 6 miles away - don't remember the fire - I would have been 15 -but the house is still there

yes thats it. the oaktree pub is at the top.the family where colord.and when we gained entry they where all ontop of there bed fully clothed and there was a smell of parafin or petrol.did not think of it at the time (This was about 11 oclock at night) the kiddy told me his dad was at work.just wonderd how they got on all that time ago.thanks edd.
