Florence Maud Beesley was born in 1881 in Islington, and married Sydney Edward Trewinnard in 1908.
Sydney died in 1919, but I have been unable to find a second marriage or death for Florence. I've tried Ancestry, Free BMD, etc. Wondered if anyone might be able to track down more information. I thought Trewinnard would be easy to search for. How wrong was I?!
Thanks,
Debbie

There is a Florence M Trewinnard with a Kathleen Florence Trewinnard showing up on electoral registers 1935/36/37 Edmonton

Kathleens marriage in case it helps find Florence
Sep qtr 1939
Garner John S (spouse Trewinnard)
Trewinnard Kathleen F
Cheltenham 6a 1660
ADDED It looks like Florence is in the Cheltenham area 1939

Thanks. That makes sense.
I found Kathleen divorced in the late 1940s (newspaper archive) and I'm not sure if she then remarried.

Hi
Other daughter Myrtle Joyce who was divorced from a Mr Carlos A Vasquey /Vazquey also remarried in Cheltenham Dec 1939 to a William Pirrie 6a 1707
She died as Pirrie Mar 1979 in Nottingham born 8.11.1913
It seems she was living with mom in 1939 before her marriage.

Thanks.
I managed to find some more information on Myrtle Joyce and her remarriage, together with something for her daughter to change her surname to Pirrie.
I've also found Kathleen remarried and became Reed.
Still can't find Florence Maud though. Will keep searching.

Well, what a surprise! I was casually searching for my grandfather on line and came across this thread. Florence Maud was my grandmother (Nanny to me) and Kathleen Florence my mum.
What is your interest here? I would love to know if there is any family out there of which I am unaware.

Hello oldwhitefrog, I've not received a response to my post the other day so I would like to send you a PM. I see from the help pages that I need to post three times here before having the ability to send a PM. This is the second post!
