This is a cremation record only. It is possible she was a resident of Sunset Lodge at Kingswood, SA

I can't see anything for her husband at Centennial Park, SA

This appears to be you on another forum so you would have his burial information. The request is identical to this one with the additional request for info about parents' death.

His MI at Northern Suburbs Memorial Gardens.

Her parents' deaths are on NSW BDM and you can search for those yourself :)

Fred the information you have copied and pasted was on the linked thread. No need to post it again.
Same information was given to you by Claire and you would have found it if you had searched.

How do you know the family didn't have a South Australian connection?
May I suggest that you appear to have a fair bit of research experience and could have simply searched for the deaths of the parents yourself without making a request.
There is no headstone in South Australia. It is a cremation record only.

From your other posting on the other forum as Dave
"Edith is alone and not remarried in E/R at same address for a long time then vanishes from E/R. You would expect to see a death and certainly not a remarriage (after close of index anyway), so a mystery"
I'm not sure why you think it odd or curious that a woman would got to South Australia.

Hi Cando,
I was not asking for the deaths of Edith's parents. I included them in brackets to indicate I knew who they were and for anyone who found a death reg with parents for them to know there was a match.
I have some experience but I don't think of everything all the time. I know ACI but I didn't think of searching SA. I post many things because I know I've probably missed something. Hoping to find more details to add to my large tree.

Hi Sue,
The info I have on her parents and siblings gave me no hint to look in SA. They lived and died in Sydney suburbs.

Hi Ros,
Thanks for the offer. Not those two thanks.

You state you are familiar with the Australian Cemetery Index then I fail to understand why you didn't type her name in the search box.

Good luck with your large tree.
