Since Sarah was born less than 100 years ago you will not be able to view her birth certificate online.

There is a 1926 birth entry for a Sarah McGuire Ward in the Anderston area of Glasgow. As aghadowey mentions, the birth extract would need to be ordered or looked up in person at one of the main genealogy centres in Scotland.

As she died in 2012 in Queensland her death certificate is not available for 30 years.
