Hi Leap Year Lynne,

Starting off a new topic will do nothing to help whitney reply quicker to your posts. It has only been since 2 days since you posted the reply and they have been notified of your replies, most people are not able to check email daily as they could be working away,  on holiday, in hospital or just have had the chance you need to be a little more patient.
