Is all I have unknowing her date of birth or who her parent were she had two kids maxwell birch

Yes Lester R BIRCH is the man that she married.

Her name was McCULLOCH before she married Lester  but I haven't found a birth so perhaps she was married before ... just looking now.

They were divorced in 1947

TraceyMum you can visit State Records Office, or I can photograph the probate and divorce for you in a month or so.  Or you can buy a copy from State Records Office.

adding : her divorce from Lester will probably have marriage cert which will give her parents' names, place of birth etc

   Here is a snippet from their marriage certificate which gives the couple's place of birth and parents.

    I'll send you the link to both probate and divorce in an hour or so - flat out organising and uploading all the files.  I thought you may make some progress in the meantime  :)
