Hello,
Can anyone please help me find a marriage for a Edward NEAL which would have occurred around 1887 to 1895 in the Southam (Burton Dassett, Bishops Itchington), Warwickshire areas.
I believe he married a Charlotte Annie and her surname at the time might have been WATKINS as she already had a son in the 1891 Census (Wm. Henry Watkins) (She might have been widowed or a single mother at the time of marrying Edward Neal).
Any help with this would be gratefully received.
All the best,
Jill

Hi Jill,
FREEBMD records a marriage of Edward Neal as follows -
Sept qtr 1894 Southam District Vol. 6d Page 1067
From the details given on page 1067 it would appear that he married Elizabeth Frances Busby. No doubt you will check this information direct with the website.
Happy hunting.
Regards ... Peter

Hi Jill
I know I'm only 7 years late for the look up you enquired about, but that is not the reason I am contacting you. I am a newcomer to Roots Chat, although I have been doing genealogy for many years now.
I saw in your look up that you were making enquiries about an Edward Neal b. 1864 Knightcote, Warwickshire, England. He is/was my wifes grandfather. My wife's father, John Neal b. 01 July 1910 Knightcote, Warwickshire, England, was the tenth child out of 14 children born to Edward and his third wife Elizabeth Frances Busby b. 1876 Wardington, Oxfordshire, England.
The reason I am contacting you is, how are you related to Edward ? Please excuse the enquiry but I saw that you come from Canada, and there is a story/myth in the Neal family that one of the sons of Edward and Elizabeth emigrated to Canada, and was never heard from again.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Very best wishes
Graham
