Hello , does anyone know of a Back St in Port Talbot in around 1916 period please .

 look at the "p" in port talbot , it looks the same in the street name . look for maybe "park " street ?

Certainly Park Street.  Not only is the "P" identical to the one in "Port", but someone appears to have written "Taibach" above the line, which is where Park Street is located.  I was born in the next street to it!

I live in Port TALBOT There is a Park ST' the other streets close by is Brook st' and Conduit st'and Dyffryn RD where the actor Antony Hopkins was born.Mark
