I was wondering if there is anything anyone could do to improve the quality of this photograph of my great-grandmother Adelina Germano. I realize that this may not be fixable but I thought I'd give it a shot as I do not have very many photos of her. Thank you so much in advance for your time and efforts!

Another for you with limited time. It still needs lots and lots of hours due to the quality of scan.
Thanks

Sorry should have been this image - it has better blend/retouch on the face - nose and cheeks etc.

What a lovely response....not an easy one but so worth saving for future generations to appreciate.
Where possible...For future reference...you would get a much better result with a scan of a resolution of 300dpi
