I am seeking living descendants of Alexandrina (Ina) CAMPBELL, whose parents were Alexander CAMPBELL 1843-1882 and Margaret MacLEAN born 1844. Both Alexander and Margaret were born on the Isle of Tiree.
Alexandrina CAMPBELL was born after her father's 1882 death (of septic poisoning). By the 1891 census, her mother Margaret had married Angus McLEAN and given birth (around 1886) to their son Donald McLean. Alexandrina and John Campbell were both registered as Angus McLean's stepchildren.
In 1901, the census for 54 Lumsden St. in Anderton, Glasgow records Ina Campbell living with her mother, working as an 18-year-old Book Sewer. Her older brother John Campbell was living at home too - he was a 21-year-old Light Porter. Their 15-year-old step brother Donald McLean was registered as a Message Boy.
I am hoping to make contact with descendants of Alexandrina and John's father and grandparents John Campbell and Mary MacMillan Campbell regarding Tiree's Homecoming celebration, 23 - 27 May 2016.

If you haven't already done so, a good way to make surname connections with other members is to enter your surname interests in the Surname Interests Table (SIT), and to check there whether others are researching these names.
This can be found at http://surname.rootschat.com/ , there is a link to it under "Your Tools" at the bottom of each Rootschat page.
The more people who enter their surnames, the more chance there will be of making a connection!

I'm very new to this site, so thanks for your suggestion. I'll register more than one branch of my Campbell ancestors - some in Ayrshire, some in Glasgow, and some in Tiree.
