good morning I need some help with my father in law family. I looking at his mother family line Lilian may john was know as May was born in Merthyr Tydfil around 1921. Her mother surname was Thompson. She marry a George Fredrick Davidson in fulham in 1938.she pass away in watford 1980?. It would be great if we can fill in some history for him. I would thank all for all your great and help

Have you checked freebmd for her birth - you will find it was registered in the December qtr 1922

Who were her parents? You can check freebmd for their marriage but if you don't know their names you will have to buy a copy of the 1922 birth cert to get that info

The only Lilian May Davidson death in 1980 was in Northumberland and she was born in 1905
I suspect you have the wrong Lilian here. As has been mentioned in your other thread here - if Lilian was only born December qtr 1922 - she would have been barely 16 to have married in 1938

Hi again, I think the 1907 Lilian is yours, did George Frederick Davidson b 6th January 1911 die December 2005 Watford aged 96?
He appears to be in Fulham in 1939 index?

Glamorganshire in 1916 and not Thompson but Thomas. the family is searching for cert.
