The birth certificate of one of the children should give you her maiden name. This could help you identify her marriage, and that certificate should name her father.

Hi Paul, There is a marriage of a Griffith Williams to Cecelia Thomas in 1847 at Briton Ferry, He is listed as a Hobbler, which apparently is a Pilot.
There are Baptisms for David Williams 1848 and Margaret Williams 1850, Parents Griffith & Cecelia Williams, Griffith a Hobbler in 1848 and a Pilot in 1850. they lived at Dan Y Craig Cottage, Briton Ferry
Is it a coincidence ?
Best wishes Rowley

Hiya,
Thanks everyone but it seems that Elizabeth is really Cecilia why her name is wrong in the 1851 is lost in the annuals for time now.
Kind Regards
