Title: Need Help to find find James Thomas Houlihan In Chicago Illinois

I need help find James Thomas Houlihan he was born in Chicago the only dates of birth is from 1930 to 1939 also he had an older brother Richard.  That is the only info I have

Are he and his brother definitely deceased?  If not, we can't post about them here.

Sorry take the post down I am not 100 percent sure they are deceased. I can't even find them in the
1930 or 1940 census.

Here is a James Houlihan born in Chicago with an older brother named Richard in the time frame you mentioned.

Their father was Frank Houlihan, whose father was John and born in Ireland.
