I have a ancestor who was baptised in dingestow 1855. what record office do i need to contact for information

The RD was Monmouth

Baptism records for Dingestow are held at Gwent Archives, Ebbw Vale. If you pass on a little more information about the 1855 Baptism I'll do a look up for you.
