Good morning kimmit,
Please do not be put of by any comments that you perceive to be upsetting, sometimes it is hard to put the words down as you cannot hear the tone in which they are written, also there are sometimes language differences that may cause offence. There are lots of people on here who are not 'experts' (as well as experts)who would be willing to support anyone who is new to the site but they do need as much information as you have got in order to be able to support you in the right way. :)

Hi Kimmit,
I am also an amateur based in Australia, please don't be put off using Rootschat as the people on here are amazing. They are all giving their time, efforts, resources and advice freely, generously and with great care to be factual in their responses.
I have read all your previous posts and feel that people would just prefer a request for help to come with a please and thank you and an acknowledgment of anyone's time in responding. It also helps to type out clearly what information you are looking for as well as what (as much as possible) information you already have.
I hope we hear from you again soon,
Kind regards,
Jo :)

I agree with those that say not to be put off. Lots of help is available by willing people. Obviously the more info you provide, the better. As long as people know that's all you have, then the challenge is no barrier to what can be achieved! :)

Hi kimmit :)
I think it is the lack of any information about the people in your request.
I spent quite a lot of time on your DANIELL family request in South Australia.

I would appreciated some sort of feed back as I notice you were logged in yesterday.
We are helpful people on rootschat but a request for grave photos and names and without any further information is a bit off putting...and as another chatter metioned 'could you please'.

I hope you followed up my suggestions to the local council for details on your DANIELL relatives burial records.
Cheers
Cando

Dear Sir
The only reason I was on this site yesterday was to delete everything, I will endeavor to unsubscribe to this site when one of my children are home and can show me how. I would appreciate no more help on what I have quote demanded and had no manners of please and thank you, as I am still being told that, so I ask for no more help. But to the ones of you that have been kind I do thank you. Kimmit
