to the Eaton's of Eaton bakery

Which "Eatons" Christian names please?

Have you looked Hugh up on the 1901/1911 censuses to confirm his birthplace?

http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/search/

Have you looked up other Eaton entries on those censuses to get info on the "Eatons Bakery" owners?

This is the house where the Eaton Family, lived it is situated in the grounds of Altnagelvin Hospital and is used by the hospital staff, it is dedicated to Agnes Elizabeth Jones who was a nurse with Florence Nightingale in the Crimean War and later was matron of the workhouse in Liverpool where she died young.

Argyle,

I have a photograph of the Eaton "workforce" including the Eaton family taken in 1962.  It included the workforce for the bakery in Londonderry and those based at their depot in Coleraine. If you are interested, I will dig it out.

Regards
