Can anyone please hep with an improvement to this old photograph. It was taken early in WW2 and shows a group of Polish airmen. I know that the man on the far left was named Zwolinski and died in the 1960s

I've had a go . . . can't work out what the bright spots of light are towards left - didn't know whether to remove them or not - seems to be some Christmas decoration of something - hard to tell.
The men at the back are just plain out of focus. Can't do anything about that.

I agree it's not an easy one. This is the best I could manage

Thanks Wiggy, what you have done is brilliant. Those spots of light intrigued me, too. But I am only really interested in the man on the extreme left - so I am delighted with your efforts. The rest can be cropped out. Thanks again

Do you want him picked out of the photo? Like this for example?
Had to leave his mate in! ;)

To Wiggy and Trishanne,
Thanks for all your efforts. I want to trace this man (the one on the far left) and his family, and the clearer picture I can get, the easier it will be. Mr Zwolinski would be 100 years old if he were alive today but he died over 30 years ago. So I need a good clear facial picture to show to potential family members in Poland.
Your help is greatly appreciated - I do not have your skills, but my research work is also done free of charge to the families of these brave men.

A cropped version of the man.

Thanks Carol,
The pictures provided by you and others will help a great deal. I have already contacted his family in Poland, now all I have to do is find out about his life in Hertfordshire after the war.
