Title: Windows Mail

All of a sudden I had a message box saying it needed my user name and Password for emails?

I haven't a clue what my Password is after all these years.

Now I can't send them or receive them.. Ive looked on forums for answers but,I'm lost with this SMPT address thing..

Is it actually 'Windows Mail' you use? If so this page might help: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-live/account-reset-password-forgot-faq

If you use some other mail service just post the relevant part here so we can help. For example if your email address is fred@example.com just post @example.com (don't publish your full email address here for the world to see!)

Thanks so much for the replies,girls...I ended up phoning my provider.It's up a running now..  :)
