Title: how do i post a new thread?

Sorry I am being thick but I cannot work out how to post a completely new thread.  Any help welcome.

You seem to have managed it, unless a Mod moved it for you.

You need to go to FORUM at the top of the page and select where you want to post your question eg England, Essex. Click on Essex and you will see a "button"  NEW TOPIC, click that. Give your post a title that sums up what you need.

I did all that, and see no option to post a new thread

1st You need to be logged-in
2nd If you click on the main heading it offers the option to start a new topic.
You cannot start a new topic if you are already in a thread.
