Does anybody have this girl in their tree or is her surname STEPHENS in which case she might be related to me.

No need to start a new topic- you could have simply added to this one on her parents where you were given the information-

You could try checking for a death of her as an infant (perhaps still un-named), looking for a baptism which might give her Christian name or check for school records, marriages, etc.
