I've been unable to access the Barking and Dagenham Council's website to search for burials for over a fortnight now. I know it's been 'fragile' at times in the past - and wondered if it had moved or heaven forbid - been taken down.
Anyone else having the same problem? I've used Firefox, Chrome and the new MS browser - all are saying no response from server........
Thanks in advance for any advice

I could get into the website absolutely no problem but could not see a facility to enable you to search cemetery records.
After googling I found the following:
http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gsr&GScid=1987143
Shows 600 burials for Rippleside Cemetery.

Thanks for the reply Annette - sorry I guess I could have explained better - the web address to access the incredibly useful "Find Your Deceased" site has been - for many years -
http://cemweb.barking-dagenham.gov.uk/servlet/Telesearch (http://cemweb.barking-dagenham.gov.uk/servlet/Telesearch)
This allowed you to access Rippleside, Eastbrookend and Chadwell Heath records - including seeing who else was buried in the same grave. I have often found it didn't like being accessed in Firefox - whilst Chrome usually worked OK but now it's not working at all apparently
I know the Council itself has changed it's web address to http://www.lbbd.gov.uk/ (http://www.lbbd.gov.uk/) but the old site for the Cemetery Records was certainly still working last month - albeit slowly at times.
I know from previous posts that a few others on here were fairly regular users - hence wondering if anyone knew what was going on
Cheers

An old thread I know, but in case you haven't already found it, and to help others looking for this as I was, the Barking and Dagenham cemetery search now seems to be at https://cemeteries.lbbd.gov.uk/Telesearch/?loggedin=true (https://cemeteries.lbbd.gov.uk/Telesearch/?loggedin=true)
