Are they scanned at a low resolution?

They read 150dpi for me JF - so a bit low but not as bad as many.   ;)  For some reason they are pixilating quickly  - don't know why.

I agree that 2 are at 150 but one (the most difficult) I think is at 72dpi...

You will get much better results if you could scan your photos a 300dpi as it gives us more detail to work with.
