Title: I can't access chat

Each time I click onto the chat a message pops up saying that I can't access chat and to ask a question on the forum. I have gone onto help and I have javascript. Any ideas?

You haven't made enough posts on the forum yet!

Chat is only open after you have made a couple of posts.

And remember that not all of RootsChat is open to new members - you have to make 2 or 3 posts first.
(It's to deter spammers!)
That includes the Chat Room and the Personal Message system.

New members do not get access to all RootsChat functions until they have made a couple of posts.

But I posted 2 posts on the 06/07/2017 and I can't even find those posts let alone any replies. When I checked my posts I get a message saying there are no posts?? Michelle
