Amelia Parsons was living at Birmingham in 1851 at HO107/2060/511/ p 20

Attached is a clipping of her record.  Is her occupation School Mistress???

Agreed. It also fits with her daughter being a Teacher. You could always check other censuses for confirmation.  :)
