I can see 2 children baptised at Christ Church, Spitalfields, London - James 1799 and Hester 1801 - where parents are given as James Watts, Gent. of White Lion Street and wife Ann.

A James Watts, widower married an Ann Mitchell, spinster, 14/1/1797 St. Mildred Poultry, London - witnesses Mary Hollatt and John Hollatt - however, have no way of knowing if this is them.
