Hi Could I finally ask if you could repair / clean up the attached photo. I am helping my sister in law Anne (the girl in the photo) to do a memorial album of her brother (the boy in the photo ) who died earlier this year. We are aiming to complete the album in the next week and then get it printed so Anne can give it to their parents for Christmas. Your members kindly helped me out with a couple of similar photos about a month ago so I am hoping it is still within your rules but please get back to me if there is a problem.
Kind regards
Linda

Thank you to you all for your help and making the photo look as it did originally - or even better. I am sorry I didn't get chance to reply yesterday and was wonderfully surprised when I looked today to see so many really excellent repairs / cleanups. I would be stuck to pick which I think is best so fortunately I will leave it to my sister in law. We intend getting the memorial album finished this week and I am sure Anne's parents will be more then pleased with it. Thank you all again - you really do excellent quality work on the photos. Kind regards Linda

Thank you Treetotal. It amazes me how you manage to make the photo look so good and like it did originally. Much appreciated

I Just had to have a go at a colour version. The little boy looks just like my eldest boy did, he is now nearly 6 feet and has a beard!!! The little outfits were made by a company called Ladybird and my son had one in blue just like this one.

Thank you Stevew101 and Trishanne for the work you have done on the photo. I can clearly see the plaster mentioned by Treetotal which I couldn't see on the original. Thanks Treetotal and I shall be interested to see if Anne remembers having a sore knee when I se her later this week.
Trishanne you are probably right about the clothes being Ladybird which was a well known make in this part of the country (Bolton Lancashire) and sold by Woolworths if my memory is correct. It wouldn't surprise me at all if you have got the colours right. Anyway thank you very much to you all. It really is good of you giving your time and sharing your skills in this way. Kind regards
Linda
