Hi there I a trying to work out who this is on some of my relatives and getting an idea on the date of this would really help me, I wondered if any one could give me any idea who has expertise in this area.  Thank you so very much.

I would go for 1920/30s.   I am sorting through old family photos of that period and the clothes look the same.
