Title: Births brighton sussex

Hi,
Cannot find 2 births in Brighton Sussex!
Namely Removed born 4/11/1967 & 23/6/1969 respectively.
Parents Removed married Sept qtr. 1959 in Brighton.
They had 2 other children Removed respectively.
Cannot even find where the parents died to see if they moved from Brighton.
Any assistance gratefully received.

I had a look at the birth index but couldn't find them, so at this stage would suggest that they were adopted into the family or they were born outside of England & Wales.
