Title: Young Family Aberdeen St. Clement's Memorial Stone Inscription
Post by: mairepad on Friday 09 October 15 16:54 BST (UK)
Does anyone have information about any of the persons mentioned in this inscription, or son Thomas b. 1828 who is not mentioned. The stone is in St. Clement's in Aberdeen.  Thanks for your attention.

Hi mairepad

Tragic life for her for sure. So many early deaths, husbands and children  :-\ The Thomas you mention as born c. 1828 born outside of a third marriage?

Monica  :)

Sorry, I didn't make that clear. Thomas was born to Elizabeth Humphrey and Alex Young, shipmaster. Alexander Young, ship's carpenter (d. 1853) and William Reid Young(d. 1882) were his brothers.
