Oops no it's not, that's an earlier marriage of hers, but I'll leave it up incase it's of use.
The BC marriage index only goes up to 1938.

The document you're looking for seems to be a border crossing for Eva Inez Bustad that took place on 21-22 June 1939, arriving at Blaine Washington. It shows up in an Ancestry search (http://www.rootschat.com/links/01g8r/) but I don't currently have a subscription so am unable to see the document.

Her marriage is also on ancestry Eva Findley to Earnest Taylor in 1927 in Washington State

Eva Inez Findlay (then named Eva Taylor) married Oscar Leonard Bustad (indexed at Ancestry as Oscar Bustan) on 3 Jun 1938 at Spokane, Washington. They were divorced on 16 Feb 1943 at Coos, Oregon (ref Marshfeld Oregon newspaper).
Do you have a death date for Eva?

No, I am sorry not.
