Most Presbyterian records (if they even go back that far) will not be online but remember that marriages usually take place in the bride's church so they could have been married in a Church of Ireland or other church (or in another area).

Robert Austin had 7 children - John, Margaret, Jane, Nancy, James, William and Hugh. They lived in Strabane Lower, Donaghedy - Carrickatane in 1851. Robert and family were living at Lisdillon in the Griffiths valuation. I'm trying to find where Robert and Sarah got married. Sarah's surname may have been Ash. There is a film number 0993104 in the Irish census abstracts from Old Age Pension records for the marriage of Robert and Sarah as their son Hugh applied for a pension. I am also trying to find out the name of Robert's father.
