Good Morning All. the son is shining but cold here in herts. would sks do a look up For William Francis. Whitfield in 1901 Liverpool Census. can not find his death. his last child was born in Liverpool in 1897(that is to say the last one I could find)his wife Amy passed away in Liverpool in 1962.if he died then I would not see him in 1901 that's my thinking. William F Whitfield and Amy freeman married in Liverpool, 1895, at St. Columba.

Am I on the correct person here?

Co-incidentally, and it may be just that, living next door on Job St is a Thomas Newman.

Yes Edd, 1901, living at 8 Job Street, West Derby.

Thomas Newman was at No 10, just wondered if he and Amy could be related.

As ScouseBoy says, you can find it on FindMyPast even if you don't have a sub.  This weekend it is free access.
