Hi.
The Anglican (Church of Ireland) registers are on line.  I just Googled Newtownbarry Church Registers and it came up.  Don't know proper web address, but the registers go back to 1800 and Swaine is listed on !st page of Baptisms may not be your family but worth a look.

Hi Ronnie and Hallmark:)
Thanks for your reply...Ive checked those registers, looking for my Swayne lot, no luck...Thought they would have been on there, as the baptisms im looking for are in 1818...Elizabeth Luanda Swayne and 1820...Mary charlotte Swayne....Father john, mother we think is Mary Cecilia Robson or Clendinnen
Even tho on censuses in England it stated they were from Newtownbarry   Or maybe baptisms are in a district near newtownbarry
saw other swains listed there, may or may not be connected
Cathy:)

from 'Houses of Wexford' (by kind permission of  David Rowe & Eithne Scallan)
-----------------
Balyeden, Camolin;
The original Ballyeden was built about 1850 to 1860 by the Swaines, who lived in Medop Hall.
It was left to a nephew, Graham Oliver Swaine.
Sold in 1997 to Brendan Beale.
=======================
Medop Hall Camolin;
Richard Swaine (1853-1924) bought the property, probably after 1870. His son (or grandson) Jimmy Swaine,died in Ballyeden, which the Swaines actually built.
