Title: Three words in a will of 1850

I have virtually completed the transcription of a Will which was proved in London in 1850 - written in legal script. However two bits have me stumped. The first (willquery1 attached) looks like being two words in this passage:

I give the residue and remainder of my estate and
effects to Eliza Mente the wife of my brother: xxxx xxxx direct and
I appoint my friend David Simpson of Hatton Garden, Middlesex

The second (willquery2) looks like being a single word in this phrase:

bears date the fourth day of July in the present year of Our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and fifty and is now hereto xxxxxx And the
Deponents having now perused that part of the said WIll which is contained


Any help with a translation would be gratefully received.

Oh well, having stared at the two words of the first query again this morning, I have now translated it to be the name of his brother!!

Still the second one to go!

Agree 'annexed'. Presume you have identified the brother as Henry.
