Title: Hull man prisoner of the French 1806-15
Post by: Cutters Wenlock on Sunday 30 August 15 15:24 BST (UK)
This information is in a hand written family entry in the front of a book with other family birth, marriage and death details. Also recorded is that he was "castway" 25 May 1816 off Bonesarus (Buenos Aires?) and arrived at Hull 27 Oct 1816. To date my researches have been totally unsuccessful in trying to corroborate or add to this information. Has anyone any ideas or Knowledge that might assist me?
