Title: No info on canon MP 520 Printer screen

The screen on my printer lights up, but shows no info, so copying is just done by pure guess work as I cannot select any info which includes size and number if copies. Any thoughts. I have already thought of that one.....buying another printer!

Thanks for the reply. I downloaded and printed the article . I am running W 10, so as the printer is not compatible with W10, I had to download driver for w8.1. No difference. Also tried the other ideas but no response. Display is still lit without any info. Will just call it a bad day, and when the ink runs out, will replace the printer. Thanks again. Pete.
