I know this photo is ok but could anyone make it a little clearer, the owner is a lady in her 80's, it is the only photo she has of her and her older sister.

I have tried a larger one, but think it might be get too pixelated

For a better result, I would suggest scanning as a .jpg next time and a much higher resolution. around 300dpi
