Title: Familysearch.org "site does not support the current version of your web browser"
Post by: Beckey on Wednesday 22 July 15 10:48 BST (UK)
Does anyone know what has happened to familysearch ?
When I now go on, says my browser is not current and when I put a name in "oops can't find page", this must have happened in the last few months.

Barry.

With the advent of the newer HTML v5 and in particular the changes to css (cascading style sheets)
older browsers have difficulty in displaying the webpage/s. Hence your error message.

Here's a few alternatives for windows:
Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Iron, Superbird, Ice Dragon, Midori, Dooble and Yandex.

Hope this helps

Jim
