At the very top of the page, barely legible it says Xmas and Easter ... so perhaps its about 'attendance' at those times or donations ?

Ah, so its most likely a record of who was attending Communion at those times... I hope Mr Fay had a good answer for where he was at Christimas, he only mangaed 4 Easters ....

More likely to be Dues . . money collected twice a year. We still pay Christmas and Easter Dues.

I'd say your correct.
Not so long ago they used to read out how much each family gave at the end of Mass, apart from how long it took, the embarrassment it caused people was terrible. Keeping a list wouldn't be at all surprising.
