Title: Old Passport photo of Gerard Barbieri needs stamp taken out please

This is a picture of my grandfather, Gerard Barbieri (1917-2000), taken from his 1938 U.S. Passport. I was wondering if anyone would be able to remove the stamp mark from the photo? It is a wonderful picture of him but none exist except this one with the stamp mark over it.
